We have enlisted a full service travel agency to assist with your air travel, transportation to and from the All Inclusive(All you can eat and drink) hotel/airport and room accommodations. We have negotiated a resort room block held at a special group rate for you to book into.
To be a part of our wedding group and events, you must book your stay with our travel agent - VIP Vacations, Inc. Last date to reserve rooms is January 9, 2023 by putting down a $200 per person deposit. Once you have completed the booking information for your room, RSVP to come to the wedding in the RSVP section of this website, and download the appycouple app (code:mykaelandana) for updates, you are all set!
• It is important for you to book with VIP Vacations, as this is the only way you will be included in all of the wedding festivities and benefit from additional group perks. Also note that any guest staying outside the resort where our wedding events are being held will need to buy a day pass to enter The Hyatt Resort at $150.00 and an additional fee on top to attend the events itself.
• To reserve your room it is a $200 per adult deposit required. The second deposit and final payments are due by March 9, 2023. Once initial deposit is received, all future credit card payments may be made on-line through VIP Vacations, Inc. secure payment site or over the phone (610-865-1055) or Online: www.vacationsbyvip.com/client-pages/hannah-bailey/ Group booking number is 41835. If guests would like to set-up a payment plan, VIP Vacations can do that! You would just need to make your initial deposit, and then they can work with you to set up a payment plan that meets your needs!

Taxis & Ubers
Charges for taxis at the airport are more expensive than regular taxis as it is a Federal zone with extra taxes and higher rates. A great tip for saving at the Puerto Vallarta Airport for taxi's or Uber is to go catch a normal taxi or call an Uber on the other side of the highway. You can walk about 150 yards to the pedestrian bridge over the highway, cross to the other side and flag down a normal taxi or call a Uber (Uber seems slightly cheaper), either way you will save about $5-10 dollars from getting a taxi at the airport.
You can also leave it to the professionals and coordinate with our travel agent to/from the airport and hotel.
