Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?
Our ceremony and reception will be on the beach at the Hyatt Ziva located in Carretera a Barra de Navidad, Km. 3.5 Zona Hotelera Sur, Puerto Vallarta, México 48390

Which airport should I fly into?
Aeropuerto Internacional Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz (PVR) Carretera a Tepic Km 7.5, Área Militar de Vallarta, 48311 Puerto Vallarta, Jal., Mexico

How do I get to the venue from the airport?
Transportation can be included when you book through our Travel Agent for an additional fee. All others can call an Uber/Lyft or taxi. Rideshare pick-up location is across the bridge/street. Walk out of the airport. Turn left and walk to the end of the building. Cross the walking bridge to the other side and you can find your rideshare. Taxi cabs are available right outside the airport.

How should I book my flight and hotel accommodations?

When should I book by?
We recommend you book as soon as possible to reserve a room, no later than January 9, 2023.

When should I be at the wedding?
Any time before our wedding day on Sunday, May 28, 2023.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
See Events tab. Wedding party happy hour - Red, white, and blue. Welcome Cocktail Hour - Island print. Rehearsal Dinner - Cocktail attire. Wedding - Beach formal. Brunch - Casual.

Are kids welcome?
Yes, please let us know if yours will be attending so we can organize enough fun entertainment for them.

Can I bring a plus one?
Yes you can. Please let us know by March 31, 2023 so that we can ensure they have a seat at the table.

Are there any other wedding events I can attend?
We understand that not everyone can make it out. We will be planning an engagement party over the summer 2022 and a bridal shower in the Spring 2023

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?
We will be staying at the Hyatt Ziva. We do have a hotel block available at a reduced rate until January 9, 2023. You can contact our travel agent to coordinate accommodations.

Mr and Mrs Signature Cocktails

Two signature drinks inspired by our first loves, our cats, Remy and Logan

The Logan

Ingredients
1 ounce vodka
1 ounce gin
1 ounce white rum
1 ounce white tequila
1/2 ounce Triple Sec
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 Sprite, or to taste
1 Orange wedges


Directions
Shake all ingredients well with ice in a cocktail shaker.
Pour into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a slice of lime or orange peel.

The Remy

Ingredients
1½ ounces dry gin
¾ ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
½ ounce simple syrup (or to taste)
¾ ounce crème de mûre (blackberry liqueur) or crème de cassis (see headnote)
garnish of fresh blackberries and/or a lemon wheel (optional)


Procedure

Place the gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker that’s half filled with ice. Shake vigorously until the contents are well chilled (20 seconds or so).
Strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed or chipped ice. Drizzle the crème de mûre over the top. Garnish, if you wish, and serve.
